Express shipping (Worldwide)

All framed artworks or any shipment outside of EU are handled by DHL Express. For apparel we currently do not offer Express shipping.

Please note that orders outside of the EU may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery. 

Changes and cancellations

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact:

Please note that we can only change a shipping address if your order has not yet shipped. If you need to change the shipping address after shipment, please contact the delivery company directly. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final as our prints and apparel are made on demand to minimize waste and support sustainability. Please check sizes and specifications carefully before purchasing. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations; however, you can place a new order at annebarlinckhoff.com/store

If you encounter any issues, such as damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear proof of the damaged package and its contents, and we'll assist you promptly.
